UN-200 Flash butt welding machine for steel rail aims to weld railway or subway efficiently. It is suitable for varieties of steel rail, such as U71Mn, U75V, U76NbRE.
Continuous or pulsating scintillation welding process can be used on welding machine. This requires low power capacity(≥350kVA). The welding equipment is able to make centering control and automatic welding under clamp or railway with stable welding joint.
